The Expierence
Step 1: Inquire
Fill out the contact form on my website to let me know the details of your session and I'll respond within 24 - 72 hours.
Step 2: Book
We can schedule a phone call or chat over an email thread to plan out your session. Once we have a date picked, to secure your spot I require a signed contract and a retainer to hold your date.
Step 3:
Picture Time
Its time to bring your vision to life. I'll send a questionnaire before your session that way I am better prepared to capture everything as you are and vision it to be.
Step 4:
Photo Delivery
Once your session is over and the last photo is taken on your wedding day, I will then start post-processing your photos. This is the most crucial part to creating beautiful photos for you. Final session galleries will be delivered by 3 weeks from the session date and weddings by 8 weeks from the wedding date.
FAQ
Do you travel for photoshoots and what do travel expenses look like?
I do! Travel within 30 miles of me is included in your session. Anything beyond that is just $0.67 per mile. If it’s more than a 2-hour drive, I’ll also need a hotel stay the night of the session so I’m not making a long drive home after—we want to keep the good vibes (and safety) going!
What if we are awkward in front of the camera?
This is the question I get the most from my clients! My entire job is to create a relaxing and welcoming environment. As the session goes on, I’ll figure out your vibe, guide you naturally, and prompt you in ways that feel genuine, not forced. By the end, you’ll forget the camera is even there and just be having fun together. That's when the magic happens.
How long does it take to receive our gallery?
For regular and engagement sessions, you’ll receive your full gallery within three weeks of your shoot. For weddings, I send sneak peeks within 72 hours (because I know you’ll be dying to see them!) and your full gallery is delivered within eight weeks of your big day.
What should we wear?
I always recommend outfits that feel like an elevated version of you—think first date vibes. Neutral, earthy tones (like creams, browns, greens, or soft blues) always photograph beautifully and help keep the focus on you, not the clothes. Avoid bright colors, loud patterns, or logos—they can be distracting on camera. The sweet spot? Something comfortable that moves well, feels natural, and makes you feel confident and put-together without trying too hard.
